Fase Vending does NOT make food. You load the machines with YOUR own food items to offer a 24/7 solution to your clients.
We can always assist in identifying the right suppliers to provide certain food products to investors / entrepreneurs, but our focus is on the commercial distribution of our equipment and the integration of modern technologies and A.I. features.
Currently, our vending machines are designed to serve as a refrigerating compartment once the packaged food items are loaded to maintain them at temperatures between 37℉ to 41℉ (3 to 5 degree celsius). Both fresh and frozen pizzas can be loaded in the machines, but frozen pizzas will not be dispensed until after several hours after they have been thawed out.
Prior to being loaded in the machines, we recommend a Cook-Chill system as our equipment will finish the cooking (for par-baked items) or simply reheat (if already fully cooked). To be note, the induction oven will only re-heat the products but our 3XS14 OVENSYS ovens have the capability to finish the cooking in only few minutes.
Our oven technologies yields excellent results with food items such as Pizzas, chicken wings, cookies, quesedillas, and certain burgers / sandwiches. Pizza can be pre-sliced prior to packing.
The induction oven and the OvenBox packaging have many advantages over other systems:
(1) No manipulation of the product once loaded in the box; this means an increase in the food safety, and less automation required (which translates into an easier, more reliable mechanical system)
(2) a premium quality re-heating results. Unlike microwaves which would use the water to create heating waves, the induction is a "contact heating" method which results in a uniform and high-quality rethermalization. In the case of dough-based products (such as pizzas, but also quiche, and others), the induction has the unique ability to provide an extra crisp texture... many says it makes the pizza even better!
(3) The induction can be considered an eco-friendly technology as it turns on & off instantly... other traditional ovens must be maintained at a certain temperature to allow a rapid re-heating, creating therefore a lot of waste of energy, and expensive electric bills...
(4) You can pre-slice the pizzas inside the box! This may not seem a critical consideration at first, but it makes a huge difference in the consumer's experience...
(5) Very light maintenance required
Different equipment will meet different requirements. The BARIZZA equipment provides flexibility to fit the available space and create your own layout - side by side, back-to-back, facing each other, you decide.... However, they are not designed for outdoor locations.
The OVENSYS vending machines are designed for indoor and facade installations. We also offer various kiosk options to install the machines outdoor.
Every investment is different as the monthly fixed costs can greatly vary as well as the variable costs...
Generally, if an investment for our equipment is evaluated over a 5-year period, you can start breaking-even selling about $30/day. Your margins can certainly greatly impact this statement, so consider this as an estimate and not the rule. Some of the equipment may also require a larger upfront investment and therefore driving the breakeven-even $/day up significantly.

With proper maintenance and a yearly inspection from a Fase Vending technician, our equipment can easily mechanically last for many years. We do provide maintenance services and a 1-year warranty and can extend it up to 5 years.
Just like any equipment, the wear and tear of the machines will be impacted by its use, so over the years, some parts may be required to be replaced.
The software also requires to be updated at times as we integrate new capabilities and can improve existing functions.
